Terms of Use

Effective 13 July 2026 · Development preview

These preview terms are not a substitute for launch counsel. Commercial subscription, payment, refund, tax and consumer terms must be finalized before paid service begins.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the MultiGrid website, documentation and any preview software made available under them. By using those services, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Repository code is additionally governed by the license files distributed with that code.

2. Preview status

MultiGrid is under active development. Features may be incomplete, change without notice, lose data or become unavailable. Public hosted signup, payments and production support commitments are not currently offered. Do not rely on the preview for safety-critical or production workloads.

3. Your providers and costs

You are responsible for provider accounts, API keys, model selection, provider charges, quotas and compliance with provider terms. Local BYOK usage has no MultiGrid service fee. Any future hosted pricing will be shown before purchase.

4. Your content

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant MultiGrid only the rights needed to provide an optional hosted or support service you request. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for your content, instructions and connected data.

5. Responsible use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its security or availability, evade limits, infringe rights, distribute malware, or use it in violation of applicable law. Additional restrictions appear in the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Agents and outputs

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or harmful. You are responsible for reviewing output and approving agent or tool actions before relying on them. Do not use MultiGrid as a substitute for qualified professional advice or human oversight in high-impact decisions.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue preview functionality, and may restrict access needed to protect users, providers or the service. No uptime or support-level commitment applies unless stated in a separate signed agreement.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the preview is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultiGrid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from the preview. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Final commercial liability limits and the contracting legal entity will be published before paid launch.

10. Termination

You may stop using the preview at any time. We may suspend access for material breach, security risk or legal necessity. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing terms and contact

Formal contracting entity, governing law, venue, consumer dispute information and postal contact details will be added before commercial launch. Until then, contact legal@multigrid.ai with legal questions.
